The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace and a covered terrace. Public transport links are located within walking distance and La Barrosa beach is only 10 minutes away by car or 17 minutes by bike. Las Espartosas Natural Park is a 10-minute walk away and is the ideal setting for walks and hiking trails. Moreover, the property is only 5 minutes from the motorway. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets and celebrating events are not allowed. No guests from outside the reservation are allowed. Guests are kindly requested to respect the neighbours' rest. The property has a step-free interior. An additional single bed for a child can be provided if requested. Late check-out can be arranged upon request. Charcoal or fire barbecues are prohibited. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
